Meet Sam Willing

Sam Willing is a recognized high-performance leadership coach, strategic business executive with deep experience in Organizational Development and Human Resources, entrepreneur, and engaging speaker with over 20 years of experience in transformational leadership, coaching, and cultural enhancement for organizations and their leaders. 

In her coaching, Sam specializes in strengthening leaders at all levels of organizations through 1:1 executive-level coaching and mentoring, group coaching, and immersive workshops. Additionally, she is the founder and host of the “Imperfection Wins” podcast that focuses on embracing imperfection and compassion for oneself and others.

Sam earned her B.A. in Business from Washington State University. She resides in Bellevue, WA with her husband, Reg, while their two kids pursue their college degrees in California.
